How to Finish Seams without an Overlocker

We all want to achieve a professional look on our me-made garments, but not all of us can afford to buy an overlocker/serger.

Luckily, I’ve found a fantastic resource with over 10 ways to finish seams without an overlocker.

Overlockers/sergers are nice to have, but are quite expensive, and not at all necessary to achieve a nice, professional finish on your me-made clothing.

But how do you finish your seams without an overlocker? Well, In the Folds have a free downloadable eBook with over 10 different ways to finish your seams, sans overlocker.

They take you through more basic ways such as pinking shears and zigzag stitches, as well as more complicated (but v. profesh) finishes such as French seams, bias binding and Hong Kong binding. I promise you, you’ll read this and never need an overlocker.
